The stay at Calimala was exceptionally pleasant. The location was prime for accessing various historical sites, making it convenient for my work commitments. The room was stylish and comfortable, complete with a Nespresso machine, enhancing my morning routine. The rooftop bar offered a relaxing atmosphere along with great views and delicious food, which contributed positively to my downtime after meetings.

The gym facilities were smaller than expected and lacked some equipment.

The location is perfect for exploring, especially the stunning Oltrarno area and the romantic Ponte Vecchio. Our rooms were lovely, and the staff was super accommodating. Just a heads up, the gym is a bit small, but that didn’t bother us too much. Definitely recommend trying the rooftop bar!

Only downside was finding the place with GPS. it was tricky. Also, our valet service had a bit of a mishap, so just be careful when handing over your car.

I stayed for four nights and adored how everything from the Gallerie Degli Uffizi, just a short walk away, to the breathtaking Boboli Gardens, almost 1 km away, truly enhanced my experience of Florence, making exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. also, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making solo traveling a breeze.

Waking up to magnificent views of the Duomo was breathtaking, and the staff’s quick response to our requests made our stay even better. Every detail felt special!

However, the breakfast lacked variety and left us longing for more options. Also, the gym was quite small and didn't meet all our workout needs.

Last Monday, I stayed at Hotel Calimala Florence for 5 nights, and it was truly amazing! The staff were incredible, promptly addressing our air conditioning issue and even upgrading our room. I especially loved the two gym rooms and the delicious breakfast with plenty of options. The Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch too!
